We are looking for an English and preferrable also German speaking accountant to join our team in the Budapest office of our Swiss headquarter company.
General tasks:

Update customer payments

Work with refund to customers
-
Clean customer accounts when needed

Dialogue and answer questions from our Service Department

Process hotel invoices in our ERP system, Business Central

Dialogues with partners/hotels regarding invoicing issues

In general work with processes optimization

“Can do” attitude and focus on looking for improvements

Support and backup for your colleagues in the team
Requirements of work:

High accuracy, quick and efficient work

Experience in communicating with suppliers, partners, customers

Digital oriented, strong experience with especially Excel
-
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Being able to work both in a team and independently

Needed professional experience:
-
2-4 years of work experience in accounting, focus on receivables
Required qualification:

Experience working with ERP systems (Navision/Business Central is a plus)

Proficient knowledge about MS Excel
Required languages:

English in writing and speaking, a plus if you have knowledge of the Nordic languages and/or German
