Are you the new Online Travel Agency, Hotel Channel Manager we are looking for based in Budapest, Hungary?


Do you have a proven track record within hotel channel management?  Then you could be the new Hotel Channel Manager that we are looking for to manage our existing channel partnerships, acquire and implement new hotel channel manager solutions. To succeed in this role the majority of our 1000 hotel partners (growing towards 2000 hotel partners) are connected to a hotel channel management solution. You will be part of a professional and high performing international team all working together to grow the business rapidly across Europe.

Risskov Autoferien AG is a fast-moving international online leisure company with around 100 employees, focusing on selling Short-Term Hotel Breaks to the Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German consumers. The company is growing successfully by promoting and selling competitive value for money packaged short-term hotel stays in 15 countries across Europe to couples that need a break now and then from everyday life.

Job Content:


Manage and successfully lead the development and implementation of hotel channel management solutions as well as establish an online channel manager connection with our hotel partners in Europe


This includes i.e.:

  • Develop a pan European hotel channel management strategy and business plan (road map)

  • Responsibility for all hotel channel management acquisitions and key account management

  • Connect and deployment of hotel channel manager solutions via existing in-house purpose build SW platform (Optimus)

  • Develop, deploy, and manage 20 new hotel channel manager Solutions

  • Recruit and connect all our hotels to their individual channel manager solution

  • In liaison with purchasers to lead and coordinate signing up and onboarding of hotel partners with channel manager solutions

  • Stay up to date with latest technology development and participate in relevant tech fairs / exhibitions

  • Meet and or exceed plans, milestones and KPI’s,

You will be part of a larger high performing and very competent in-house team (IT, management, purchase and etc.). You will together with purchase and the IT department team members keep the company at the forefront in terms of results delivered and new developments concerning hotel channel management. You are a self-starter, team player, and it is your skill, passion, and determination to deliver outstanding results.


Experience that will support your success:


  • You have +3 years’ experience with hotel channel management

  • You have been responsible for acquiring managing and collaborating with larger hotel partners and hotel chains

  • You have delivered very good results in roles as purchase and or sales / key account manager

  • You possess a strong IT and technical know how

  • You have a BA in sales, technology and or similar relevant education

  • You are a team player who works independently, structured and with high level of accuracy

  • You have very good communication, analytical, numerical and business acumen skills

  • Preferably multiple language skills and as a minimum fully fluent in English (verbal and written English)

  • Once empowered you must be able to make key decisions, bridge any gaps and to perform at a high level
