Risskov Autoferien AG is a fast-moving international online leisure company with around 100 employees, focusing on selling Short-Term Hotel Breaks to the Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German consumers. The company is growing successfully by promoting and selling competitive value for money packaged short-term hotel stays in 15 countries across Europe to couples that need a break now and then from everyday life.

Job Content: 
You will work closely with upper management to understand the company’s current HR needs and align them with overall business goals and thereby play a key role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. 


This includes i.e.: 
•    Create job descriptions to attract suitable candidates and be responsible for candidate screening and interviewing processes.
•    Identify competency needs and development opportunities in cooperation with management and department heads
•    Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
•    Design training programs, mentorship initiatives, and career guidance to help employees reach their full potential.
•    Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement in cooperation with department heads.
•    Advise leadership on talent development and contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategy.
•    Promote the company’s culture and values through employee development initiatives.
•    Draft new HR policies in line with organizational goals, industry trends, and labour laws or regulations.
•    Responsible for updating the company’s GDPR portal and make inspections to ensure that company policies are followed

Experience that will support your success: 
•    You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•    You have proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
•    You have a strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance.
•    You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    You have strong organizational and planning skills.
•    You are able to build strong relationships and have good problem-solving skills.
•    A good knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation is an advantage.
•    Preferably multiple language skills and as a minimum fluent in English (verbal and written).
•    Once empowered you must be able to make key decisions, bridge any gaps and to perform at a high level.
